74-5505. Department for aging and disability services to receive and administer funds under federal developmental disabilities assistance and bill of rights act. The division of the Kansas department for aging and disability services that is responsible for programs for developmental disabilities is hereby designated as the agency to receive and administer federal funds under the federal developmental disabilities assistance and bill of rights act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 6000 et seq., as amended.
The state plan for developmental disabilities shall provide for such fiscal control and fund accounting procedures as may be necessary to assure the proper disbursement of and accounting for funds paid to the state under such act.
