74-5080. Report of activities; preparation; submission to commerce and economic development committees; required information. The secretary shall prepare and submit, as a part of the annual report required by K.S.A. 74-5049 , and amendments thereto, a report of activities under the trade show promotion act to the standing committee on commerce of the senate and the standing committee on economic development of the house of representatives at the beginning of each regular session of the legislature.
The report shall contain information concerning the types of Kansas small business concerns receiving financial assistance for participation in trade shows and the results obtained from such participation.
