74-50,217. Promoting employment across Kansas; form required to claim tax benefits; development of; contents; filing; confidentiality. The secretary of revenue in consultation with the secretary of commerce shall develop a form which must be completed annually by any business that received any tax benefit pursuant to the promoting employment across Kansas act and amendments thereto. Such form shall be developed no later than December 31, 2010, and shall request, at a minimum, the information required by paragraphs (1), (2), (3), (4),
(5)and
(6)of subsection
(a)of K.S.A. 79-32,243 , and amendments thereto, and such other information as shall be required by the secretary of revenue and the secretary of commerce. Upon completion of the form, the business completing the form shall file the form electronically with the secretary of revenue or submit the form in the manner prescribed by the secretary of revenue. The contents of the completed form shall be confidential except as provided in K.S.A. 79-3234 , and amendments thereto.
