74-32,421. Policy requiring articulation agreements; adoption by state board of regents. The state board of regents shall adopt a policy requiring articulation agreements among community colleges, technical colleges, the institute of technology and state educational institutions providing for the transferability of substantially equivalent courses of study and programs which are offered at community colleges, technical colleges, the institute of technology and state educational institutions in order to facilitate articulation of students in technical programs to and among community colleges, technical colleges, the institute of technology and state educational institutions.
