74-138. Same; filing statement of substantial interest. No person appointed to any of the abolished boards, councils, committees and commissions, as specified in K.S.A. 74-131 , shall have to file a statement of substantial interest pursuant to K.S.A. 46-215 et seq., and amendments thereto, or K.S.A. 75-4301 et seq., and amendments thereto, in 1988.
