72-5157. Same; special education and related services weighting. The special education and related services weighting of each school district shall be determined by the state board as follows:
(a)Add the amount of payments received by the school district under the provisions of K.S.A. 72-3423 , and amendments thereto, to the amount of any grants received by the school district under the provisions of K.S.A. 72-3425 , and amendments thereto; and
(b)divide the sum obtained under subsection
(a)by the BASE aid. The resulting quotient is the special education and related services weighting of the school district.
