72-284. Same; conditions; reasons. The instruments of conveyance quit claiming, releasing and remising the real estate described in K.S.A. 72-283 shall be executed in the name of the state board of education by its chairman. Said state board shall execute the quit claim deed for the reason that such real estate is no longer needed or used for educational purposes which existed on November 15, 1966, on which date the United States of America, grantor, conveyed such real estate and appurtenances to the state educational authority of the state of Kansas, grantee, for the exclusive use of Schilling institute (now Kansas technical institute).
