72-2693. Same; employee defined. The term "employee" as used in this act shall include all persons employed regularly in the conduct of the schools of said city, as determined by the rules and regulations of said board of education, but shall not include temporary employees, or any persons participating in any other pension plan, whether operated by said board of education or any other public body.
