72-2681. Same; employees unable to qualify exempt from assessment; authority of board of education. After said retirement fund shall be created by said board of education of such city, the salaries of all school employees shall be subject to assessments according to the provisions of this act: Provided, No assessments shall be made against the salary of any school employee employed by the board of education at the time this act takes effect who will be unable to qualify for a school annuity under the provisions of this act.
The board of education shall be authorized and directed to furnish information and a copy of the annual audit of the retirement fund to authorized representatives of the school employees, and to make salary and wage deductions.
