72-2259. Contractual rights; limitation on creation; not impaired. Nothing in this act shall be construed to create any right, or to authorize the creation of any right, which is not subject to amendment or nullification by act of the legislature. Nothing in this act and no amendment or repeal of this act or any part thereof shall be construed to constitute an impairment of any existing contractual right.
