72-2158. Signature and registration of licenses. Before a teacher's license is issued, it shall be signed by appropriate personnel of the state department of education designated by the state board of education and such licenses shall be registered in the state department of education. Nothing in this act shall invalidate a certificate or license issued prior to July 1, 2005.
