72-17,133. Same; acceptance of benefits of federal acts; administration and supervision of programs; state plan. The state of Kansas does hereby accept the provisions and benefits of federal acts relating to food service programs. The state board is hereby designated as the agency for administration of food service programs and for supervision of the administration of food service programs by boards. The state board is authorized to prepare, from time to time amend, and administer the state plan of child nutrition operations as provided in such federal acts.
