72-1437. Same; annual notice to county clerk. It shall be the duty of the board of education of such unified school district to give written notice each year on or before the first day of August, for the remaining term of the bond issue, to the county clerk of the home county of such unified school district, to the effect that no levy shall be made for the purpose of making payments of principal and interest on such outstanding bonds.
