68-581a. Same; use of moneys received from special city and county highway fund by certain cities; purpose. In addition to the authorized purposes for the expenditure of moneys placed in the special fund designated in subsection
(c)of K.S.A. 79-3425c , and any amendments thereto, any city located in a county having a population of more than thirty-eight thousand (38,000) and not more than forty-five thousand (45,000) or in a county having a population of not less than two hundred twenty thousand (220,000) may use the moneys in said fund for the purposes set forth in subsection
(b)of K.S.A. 68-581 , as amended.
