68-577. Same; issuance of bonds; limitations. All bonds issued by such county for the purposes herein provided may be issued annually over a period of not to exceed ten
(10)years, but the total amount of all such issues shall not exceed the aggregate amount stated in the proposition or question submitted to the electors of such counties calling for the adoption or rejection of such master highway development plan. All such bonds shall be issued, registered, sold, delivered and retired in accordance with the provisions of the general bond law. Any bonds issued under the provisions of this act shall not be subject to any limitation of bonded indebtedness of the county.
