68-539. Reports of the township clerk. It shall be the duty of the township clerk to make a full itemized signed statement to the county engineer of the work accomplished and the amounts expended upon the township roads and culverts during each calendar year. Said report shall include all work done by the township, the amount of money spent and how expended, and all other information provided for on the annual report blank forms furnished by the secretary of transportation. Said report shall be submitted to the county engineer within fifteen
(15)days after the close of each calendar year. All reports shall be made on the standard forms prescribed by the secretary.
