68-168. Same; penalties. Any person, corporation, firm or association violating any of the provisions of K.S.A. 68-167 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than thirty
(30)days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
