68-1015. 35 th infantry division memorial highway; powers and duties of secretary of transportation. The secretary of transportation shall provide appropriate signs at proper intervals along the federal interstate highway No. 35 bearing an inscription to show the designation. The secretary may accept and administer gifts and donations to aid in obtaining suitable highway signs bearing the proper approved inscription. The memorial committee heretofore referred to in this section is hereby abolished.
