68-10,148. Designation of part of interstate 435 as the Officer Donald Burton Gamblin Jr memorial highway. The portion of interstate 435 in Johnson county from its junction with Shawnee mission parkway then north on interstate 435 to its junction with Holliday drive is hereby designated as the Officer Donald Burton Gamblin Jr memorial highway. Upon compliance with K.S.A. 68-10,114 , and amendments thereto, the secretary of transportation shall place suitable signs along the highway right-of-way at proper intervals to indicate that the highway is the Officer Donald Burton Gamblin Jr memorial highway.
