68-10,140. Designation of part of K-7 as the Senator Bud Burke memorial highway. The portion of K-7 from the junction of K-7 and K-10 in Johnson county, then south on K-7 to the junction of K-7 and west Santa Fe street is hereby designated as the Senator Bud Burke memorial highway. Upon compliance with K.S.A. 68-10,114 , and amendments thereto, the secretary of transportation shall place highway signs along the highway right-of-way at proper intervals to indicate that the highway is the Senator Bud Burke memorial highway.
