66-1,138. Certain vehicles exempt from K.S.A. 66-1,139 and 66-1,140. K.S.A. 66-1,139 and 66-1,140 shall not apply to any truck, truck tractor or passenger vehicle used in operations exempt under the provisions of K.S.A. 66-1,109 and any amendments thereto.
