65-6753. Terms used in crimes against persons; inclusion of certain persons. Whenever the terms "child," "human being" or "person" are used in K.S.A. 21-5401 , 21-5402 , 21-5403 , 21-5404 , 21-5405 , 21-5406 and 21-5413
(a)and (b), and amendments thereto, such terms shall include each member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive.
