65-534. Online information dissemination system; rules and regulations. On or before July 1, 2011, the secretary of health and environment shall establish or cause to be established an online information dissemination system that is accessible to the public, including names of licensees, applicants and history of citations and substantiated findings. The secretary of health and environment shall adopt rules and regulations which are consistent with the requirements for the receipt of child care ARRA funds and which provide for the establishment of an online information dissemination system in accordance with the provisions of this subsection.
The notice of hearing on the initial rules and regulations proposed to be adopted under this subsection shall be published in the Kansas register after February 14, 2011, but prior to March 11, 2011.
