65-436. Information confidential; exceptions.
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), information received by the licensing agency through filed reports, inspections or as otherwise authorized under this act, shall not be disclosed publicly in such manner as to identify individuals.
(b)Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection
(a)to the contrary, the following information may be disclosed publicly in such a manner as to identify individuals or medical care facilities: Information received by the licensing agency through filed reports, inspections or as otherwise authorized under this act, in a proceeding involving the question of licensure.
