65-2001. Podiatry act; definitions. As used in the podiatry act, unless the context otherwise requires:
(a)"Board" means the state board of healing arts.
(b)"Podiatrist" means one practicing podiatry.
(c)"Podiatry" means the diagnosis and medical and surgical treatment of all illnesses of the human foot, including the ankle and tendons which insert into the foot as well as the foot, subject to subsection
(d)of K.S.A. 65-2002 , and amendments thereto.
