65-189d. Subdivided lands to be platted; plan and estimate of cost of water, sewage and refuse service required. All land subdivided into tracts or lots of three
(3)acres or less and located within a sanitation zone shall be platted, and approved by the board of county commissioners before filing in the office of the register of deeds. No plat containing more than ten
(10)building sites, any one of which contains less than three
(3)acres shall be approved until a preliminary engineering report, plan and cost estimate for providing water, sewage and refuse disposal service has been filed with and approved by the secretary of health and environment.
