65-1633. Change of mailing address or email address of pharmacist. Every pharmacist who changes residential address or email address shall within 30 days thereof notify the secretary of such change on a form prescribed and furnished by the board, and upon receipt of the notice the secretary shall make the proper alterations in the record kept for that purpose.
