65-1,120. Definitions. As used in this act:
(a)"Medication aide" means an unlicensed person certified as having satisfactorily completed a training program in medication administration approved by the secretary of health and environment for the purposes of subsection
(i)of K.S.A. 65-1124 , and amendments thereto.
(b)"Secretary" means the secretary for aging and disability services.
