59-30,115. Waiver of notice. A respondent, individual subject to guardianship, individual subject to conservatorship or individual subject to a protective arrangement under K.S.A. 59-30,197 or 59-30,198 , and amendments thereto, may not waive notice under this act. Any other person may waive notice in a record signed by the person or person's attorney and filed in the proceeding.
