59-2244. Credit may be given. In all sales of personal property, the court may authorize credit to be given by the executor or administrator not exceeding nine
(9)months from the date of his or her appointment and qualification. When such credit is given, notes or bonds with approved sureties shall be taken by the executor or administrator.
