59-2233a. Same; K.S.A. 59-603 and 59-2233 not retroactive. The provisions of this act shall govern in proceedings on wills admitted to probate after the effective date of this act, and the provisions of sections 59-603 and 59-2233 of the General Statutes of 1949 as existing prior to amendment by this act, shall govern in proceedings on wills admitted to probate before the effective date of this act.
