58-2317. Criminal penalty for violation of K.S.A. 58-2315. Any person convicted of a violation of K.S.A. 58-2315 shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, and by imprisonment in the county jail not less than two months nor more than six months.
