58-221. Disposition of proceeds of sale under K.S.A. 58-220. The proceeds of such sale, after the payment of all charges and expenses of sale, and the lien of the claimant, shall be deposited with the county treasurer wherein said livestock was sold. The proceeds so deposited shall be held by said county treasurer subject to the order of the person or persons legally entitled thereto.
