58-1310a. Rules and regulations.
(a)The attorney general of the state of Kansas may adopt any rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of K.S.A. 58-1304 and 58-1308 , and amendments thereto.
(b)The state board of education may adopt any rules and regulations to implement the provisions of paragraph
(1)of subsection
(a)of K.S.A. 58-1304 , and amendments thereto.
(c)The secretary of administration may adopt any rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of K.S.A. 58-1301 et seq. and amendments thereto.
