55-1805. Expenditure of moneys collected by council, limitations. Except as provided in subsection
(j)of K.S.A. 55-1803 , moneys collected by the council shall be expended only for the purposes of this act and shall not be used in any manner for influencing legislation or for political campaign contributions.
