55-1633. Oil and gas resources fund; interest; use.
(a)All interest earned on moneys in the oil and gas resources fund shall remain in the fund.
(b)The board shall not use any funds collected under K.S.A. 55-1631 , and amendments thereto, for the purpose of influencing government action or policy, except that the board may recommend amendments to this act.
