55-114. Penalty for violation of K.S.A. 55-112. Any person or persons, firm, company or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than one hundred dollars ($100) or more than ten thousand dollars, and may be enjoined from conveying and transporting natural gas through pipes otherwise than in this act provided.
