50-661. Disclosure by insurer to use after market parts; violations.
(a)No insurer shall require the use of after market parts in the repair of a motor vehicle without disclosing to the owner the intent to use such parts;
(b)violations of subsection
(a)and K.S.A. 50-662 by insurers shall be enforced under the provisions of K.S.A. 40-2401 et seq., and amendments thereto.
