50-1205. Firearms manufactured in Kansas; stamped requirement. A firearm manufactured in Kansas within the meaning of K.S.A. 50-1201 through 50-1211 , and amendments thereto, must have the words "Made in Kansas" clearly stamped on a central metallic part, such as the receiver or frame.
