48-516. Schedule of pay after July 1, 1943. Members of the Kansas state guard after July 1, 1943, who are actually present and participate in regular weekly drills provided for by law or regulations, for not less than 1 1 / 2 hours, shall receive appropriate compensation as established by policy, guidance or regulation.
