48-3063. (KCMJ Art. 131e) Prevention of authorized seizure of property. Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person knows that one or more persons authorized to make searches and seizures are seizing, about to seize or are endeavoring to seize property then destroy, remove or otherwise dispose of the property with the intent to prevent the seizure of such property.
