48-3037. (KCMJ Art. 83) Malingering. Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person, for the purpose of avoiding work, duty or service in the state military forces:
(a)Feigns illness, physical disablement, mental lapse or derangement; or
(b)intentionally inflicts self-injury.
