48-3025. (KCMJ Art. 100) Subordinate compelling surrender. Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person compels or attempts to compel the commander of any place, vessel, aircraft or other military property or of any body of members of the state military forces, the United States armed forces or the military forces of any other state, to give up such property or body of members to an enemy or to abandon such property or body of members or who strikes the colors or flag to an enemy without proper authority.
