46-403. Governor's committee on interstate cooperation; membership; chairman. There is hereby established a committee of administrative officials and employees of this state to be officially known as the governor's committee on interstate cooperation which shall consist of six
(6)members. Its members shall be: The secretary of administration, ex officio; the attorney general, ex officio; the director of the budget and two
(2)administrative officials or employees to be designated by the governor. The governor shall also be a member of the committee and may serve as chairman or may appoint one of the other members of the committee as its chairman.
