46-281. Application of definitions in K.S.A. 46-282 through 46-285. As used in this act and article 2 of chapter 46 of Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, the definitions in K.S.A. 46-282 to 46-285 , inclusive, shall apply.
