46-1502. Same; use of computer central processing unit or units; printing from computer readable materials. The computer central processing unit or units used to carry out the system operations described in K.S.A. 46-1501 shall be that of a state agency not within the legislative branch, but designated by the legislative coordinating council, or that of a vendor of computer services if no suitable state computer is available in the opinion of the legislative coordinating council.
Printing from computer readable materials, whether tapes or another medium, shall be accomplished in the state printing plant, unless a different printer is indicated by the legislative coordinating council in any one or more instances.
