44-710i. Common paymaster; wages actually disbursed by employer. For all purposes under the employment security law, whenever two or more employers which are related corporations, which concurrently employ the same individual in employment and which pay wages to such individual through a common paymaster and such common paymaster is one of such employers, each such employer shall be considered to have paid wages to such individual only in the amount of wages actually disbursed by such employer to such individual and such employer shall not be considered to have paid any amount of wages to such individual which was actually disbursed to such individual by another of such employers which concurrently employ such individual.
This section shall be construed as part of the employment security law.
