44-1041. Unlawful acts; penalty. Any person
(a)destroying any employment records required to be kept under the laws of the state of Kansas for the purpose of hindering any proceeding commenced pursuant to the provisions of the Kansas act against discrimination or
(b)destroying any records or other information involved in any proceeding brought pursuant to the provisions of the Kansas act against discrimination for the purpose of hindering such proceedings, shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
