41-601. Manufacturers, distributors, microbreweries, microdistilleries and farm wineries; monthly reports. Every manufacturer, distributor, microbrewery that sells any beer to a beer distributor at wholesale, microdistillery that sells any spirits to a spirits distributor at wholesale and farm winery that sells any wine to a distributor at wholesale shall between the 1 st and 15 th day of each calendar month, make return under oath to the director of all alcoholic liquor manufactured and sold by the manufacturer, distributor, microbrewery, microdistillery or farm winery in the course of business during the preceding calendar month.
In the case of a distributor or microbrewery, the return shall also show:
(a)The total amount of liquor purchased by the distributor or microbrewery during the preceding calendar month, the names of the distillers or distributors from whom purchased, the quantity of each brand and the price paid therefor; and
(b)the names and locations of the retailers to whom alcoholic liquor was sold by the distributor or microbrewery during the preceding calendar month, the quantity of each brand and the price charged therefor. The return shall be made upon forms prescribed and furnished by the director and shall contain such other information as the director reasonably requires.
