41-332. Same; temporary permit to import certain liquor. The director may issue to a supplier a temporary permit allowing such supplier to import into this state to a distributor licensed under the Kansas liquor control act or under K.S.A. 41-2713 , and amendments thereto, alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage for which such distributor does not have a franchise to sell. The permit shall specifically identify the brand and type of alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage for which the permit is issued and the quantity permitted to be imported into the state.
Such alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage shall not be resold by the distributor and shall not be subject to the tax imposed by K.S.A. 41-501 or 79-3818 , and amendments thereto.
